Hello everybody
A recent purchase of mine was a simple, but pretty red cami. I got this in NewLook for £9.99. It was in the 'new in' section and really caught my eye. I never really go for red in clothing, I've usually stuck to the same region of colours. But I saw this and instantly thought of different ways to style it. It's one of those pieces that can be dressed up and dressed down too. So I thought I'd share my style up of this. It's more of a casual outfit, perfect for summer and spring. I have styled the red cami up with a beautiful daisy print skater skirt, with buttons up the front and a simple tan belt. I definitely think a black leather jacket would go with this look, along with perhaps ankle boots or sandals? The skirt is also from NewLook and i bought it for £14.99, which is a fair price, as it was also 'new in'. It's very loose and 'floaty' which is really great in the summer months. Daisy print is quite popular already this year, and I'm LOVING. Also, I have tucked in the red cami as it looks a lot better and 'fixes' the whole outfit. Personally I'd keep the tan belt on, it helps 'calm the skirt', haha. OK I can probably word that better...What I mean is, it keeps the skirt from being 'too much' and also it highlights where your waist is so that the whole skirt and top combination isn't too frumpy for you figure.
